During our recent family vacation at the Casa, my heart swelled with the familiarity of home as I strolled through the good stone building. The two bedrooms and bathrooms provided ample space for everyone, while the lovely view over the rooftops to the town added a charming touch to our mornings. We particularly enjoyed the accessible walks right outside our door. One sunny afternoon, we found ourselves cycling along the scenic trails, soaking in the lush landscapes that reminded me of my own tea plantation back in Galle. It felt like a cherished family adventure. Navigating the town was easy once we followed the host's video directions-Google Maps got a bit confused with the one-way system. We also appreciated the small shop in town for basic supplies, although checking their hours was crucial to ensure we didn't miss out on essentials. Our stay was both comfortable and welcoming, making it a good spot for families like ours. If you're after relaxation and exploration, this place won't disappoint.
